Roosevelt PTA, in partnership with Roosevelt Elementary, presents the Roosevelt Readathon, March 1-24, 2023. Download the Readathon Packet for all the details including how to raise money, how to log students’ reading minutes, prizes, bingo card, and in-school activities.
Quick Guide on How to Participate:
Step 1: Collect virtual donations: Set up your student’s fundraising account on 99 Pledges. Enter your child’s first and last name and your email address for set up. Share your child’s unique pledge link with friends and family to raise money for the PTA. Fundraising is not required for students to participate in the readathon.
Step 2: Track daily reading: Keep track of how many minutes per day your child reads. There will be three virtual check-ins throughout the month to report your child’s minutes read.
Step 3: Report reading minutes during check-in times: Use the below google forms to report your child’s reading minutes on March 10, March 17, and March 24. Reporting opens on Fridays and closes on Sundays.
Step 4: Enjoy school events: Fun reading themed events are planned throughout the month of March!
